Professionelle Textilpflege

Das Symbol gibt Auskunft darüber, ob eine professionelle Textilpflege empfohlen wird oder nicht. Mit der neuen Pflegekennzeichnung kommen

sowohl organische Lösemittel als auch speziell wässrige Verfahren in Betracht, daher unterscheidet die Pflegekennzeichnung zwischen Trocken-

reinigung (früher Chemischreinigung) und Nassreinigung.

Trockenreinigung

Die Buchstaben im Kreis sind in erster Linie für den professionellen Textilreiniger bestimmt. Sie geben vor allem einen Hinweis über die in Frage

kommenden Lösemittel. Der Balken unterhalb des Kreises bedeutet, dass bei der Reinigung die mechanische Beanspruchung, die Feuchtigkeits-

zugabe, Bad- und/oder die Trocknungstemperatur reduziert werden müssen. Der Textilreiniger muss bei der Wahl des Reinigungsverfahrens

zusätzlich auch die Eigenart der Textilien und ihren Verschmutzungsgrad berücksichtigen (Normal-/Spezialreinigung).

Bemerkungen

Das Etikett enthält Angaben über die maximal zulässige Behandlung und sachgemäße Pflege der damit ausgezeichneten Textilien. Die Pflege-

kennzeichnung ist keine Qualitätsgarantie. Eine entsprechend den Angaben auf dem Etikett durchgeführte Pflegebehandlung bietet Gewähr, dass

das Textilerzeugnis keinen Schaden nimmt. Sie garantiert jedoch nicht, dass jede Verschmutzung und jeder Fleck auch wirklich behoben wird.

Mildere Behandlungsarten und Temperaturen als auf dem Etikett angegeben sind jederzeit gestattet.

Behandlung in Reinigungsmaschine mit folgenden Lösemitteln:

Perchlorethylen, Kohlenwasserstoffe

Normales Reinigungsverfahren ohne Einschränkung. Handelsübliche Fleckenentfernungsmittel auf Lösemittelbasis

können mit Einschränkung verwendet werden. Empfehlenswert ist vorab ein Versuch an verdeckter Stelle.

Behandlung in Reinigungsmaschine mit folgenden Lösemitteln:

Perchlorethylen, Kohlenwasserstoffe

Reinigungsverfahren mit strikter Begrenzung der Feuchtigkeitszugabe und/oder der mechanischen Beanspruchung

und/oder der Temperatur. Handelsübliche Fleckenentfernungsmittel auf Lösemittelbasis können mit Einschränkung

verwendet werden. Empfehlenswert ist vorab ein Versuch an verdeckter Stelle.

Nicht mit Lösemitteln behandeln

Keine Trockenreinigung möglich. Keine lösemittelhaltigen Fleckenentfernungsmittel verwenden.

Care instructions

Professional textile care

The symbol gives information on whether professional textile care is or is not recommended. With this new care symbol, both organic solvents

as well as special wet processes are taken into consideration; therefore the care symbol differentiates between dry cleaning (formerly called

chemical cleaning) and wet cleaning.

Dry cleaning

The letters within the circle are intended for professional textile cleaners. They give information on the solvents that can be used during the

cleaning process. The bar below the circle indicates that certain limitations in the dry-cleaning process are required. These may concern the

mechanical action, addition of moisture, bath and/or drying temperature. When choosing the cleaning process, the professional textile cleaner

must also take into account the nature of the textile materials and the degree of soiling (normal/mild process).

Comments

The label contains information on the maximum permissible treatment and proper care of the identified textiles. The care symbol is not a

guarantee of quality. Care treatment that is carried out in accordance with the information on the label guarantees that the textile product will

not be damaged. However, it does not guarantee that all dirt and stains will actually be removed. Milder types of treatment and temperature than

those given on the label are permitted at any time.

Treatment in cleaning machines with the following solvents:

restrictions. A trial on a concealed part of the article is advisable beforehand.
